Expertise
Ertech Industries Pau has developed a solid expertise in industrial piping over the years. Our pipe fitters incorporate carbon steel or stainless-steel arrays based on 3Ds and maps drawn by our design office. Our piping workshop finishes their operations off with tests, NDT, passivation and industrial painting to answer any requirement your industry may have. Our NDT inspectors are level 2 certified.
For any fuid-related issues, make sure to address our subsidiary Ertech Industries Mauléon, which is specialised in developing differential pressure flow measurement solutions.
Sheet metal work is one of Ertech Industries Pau’s key expertise. We manufacture your tanks, reactors, reservoirs, containers, hoppers, in carbon steel, stainless steel or even aluminium. All your projects are reviewed beforehand by our design office’s engineers in order to draw up a tailor-made solution that meets your industry’s requirements.
We can also confirm your products’ compliance according to the DESP.
Ertech Industries Pau’s experts manufacture and weld all your metallic sets, whatever their size. From the simplest part to the most complex sets, we work with carbon and stainless-steel as well as aluminium alloys. We review, manufacture and assemble comprehensive sets such as footbridges, guardrails or even staircases. With Ertech Industries Pau, be sure to get top-notch and accurate craft thanks to our qualified welders who are specialised in complex and delicate works. We have our own blasting, liquid painting and powder coating workshop. Our facility is MASE-certified, which ensures safe mounting for all of your equipment.
Our machinery incorporates several 5-axis centres, numerical towers as well as cylindrical grinding. Our qualified staff works on prototyping, manufacturing environment tooling and serial productions. We work for the Aerospace industry, the Rail industry, the Bike industry and the race car industry. Thanks to our metal workshop, we are able to manufacture complex tooling with stabilised and machined mechanised-welds. We also test, protect (painting, blackening, passivation) and assemble your tooling.
Focus on our Design Office
Our Design Office is Ertech Industries Pau’s central body, and your partner throughout the project’s duration. Our engineers take note of your brief and specification and present you with relevant technical solutions that meet your needs and your obligations. They draw maps and 3Ds and write the instructions and technical sheets that will guide everybody’s work in our workshop.
To support you all along, a Project Manager will supervise your project from end-to-end and will be your privileged interlocutor until delivery.
