Ekhi Elec is composed of a team of experts and a state-of-the-art machine fleet. Together they assemble your electronic components. Our certified staff can assemble two different types of cards:
- Cross board conventional cards: the electronic components (resistance, capacitor, integrated circuit…) are assembled by hand.
- Surface-mount cards (SMC): our highly precise machinery surface mounts miniaturised components, at a speed of five to six thousand components per hour.
Once completed, we perform a series of tests on your electronic card (multimetres, oscilloscopes, power) to confirm its compliance before delivery.
Ekhi Elec manufactures your wire harnesses. Our team assembles stranded wires according to a very strict production specification. We take care of the scoring system, the sourcing, all the manufacturing steps as well as the final tests. Once pre-assembled by Ekhi Elec, your wire harnesses are ready to be connected to the final system.
Ekhi Elec also manufactures electric boxes all the way through. We take care of procurement, design, manufacturing and final tests. We also make specific boxes on plan upon request.
