For over 20 years, Lopitz Group has been bringing to the fore a local know-how around metalwork, welding, surface treatment and painting for numerous industries. Our story begins with a territorial heritage and the willingness to develop jobs and local vitality in our birthplace, la Soule. Over the years, we have proven that it is possible to create value in the back-country, and that rurality and industry are not incompatible: from Mauléon to Pau, to Tarnos and Pinhel, our companies shine way beyond the Basque Country borders.
Despite our ambitions, we remain a family-owned group first and foremost, and we bring together our staff and customers around simple values. Working with Lopitz Group means choosing trust and quality as well as performance and innovation.

Since its creation, Lopitz Group has made of point of respecting equality between women and men within all our professions. In 2020, our male-female equality index was 98%; this very positive score reflects all the social measures that have been implemented by Lopitz Group for male and female equity, be it hiring, wages or training and promotion opportunities.
In over 20 years, Lopitz Group has grown considerably, both in France and internationally; we have now reached a total headcount of 210 employees and in 2018 our turnover amounted to 18M€. Despite this strong growth, our Group remains faithful to its original values and remains 100% family-owned. This is reflected in the way we manage our companies, where we foster social dialogue, team spirit and conviviality.
Sticking to our mission to bring local vitality to our region, we commit to the young generation and provide training schemes within our professions. We have implemented several partnerships with local schools and training centres so as to welcome new apprentices each year within our team. In 50% of cases, an apprenticeship contract with Lopitz Group becomes a permanent position.
Our employees are the very essence of our Group and we are proud to have developed egalitarian and inclusive companies. Our staff’s well-being is in the heart of our concerns and we strive to provide them with the best working environment possible.
Environmental protection is a key factor of our development strategy. We have a dedicated team that actively works on reducing our waste and energy use. We are constantly looking for innovations to reduce tomorrow’s chemical industry’s environmental impact.
